Slow and cozy kind of day 🌿💛 Made the most delicious honey garlic chicken for dinner and took our kitten to the vet for his booster shots.

Met another sweet cat parent with a 14-year-old kitty, and we swapped cat stories while Zane proudly showed off a pic of Garfield 🐾 They loved our little guy.

After a much-needed nap, I got some blog work done and stitched a piece inspired by the thought that even when the world feels dark, our words can still grow beauty and life. ✨

Took a short walk with my youngest, played with the kitties, and wrapped up the day with family game time. And best of all—no migraine or severe pain today. That alone feels like a win. 🌼

I'm the luckiest. I have three great kids, three awesome furbabies, a wonderful husband, Jesus, friends, and a body that is trying so hard to heal and keep me alive and enjoying all my blessings.

Hard as it may be to live in this body, I am SO lucky to have this charmed little life to call mine.

My life isn't smooth sailing, but it's sweet.

Beans still isn't a fan of Charlie and Charlie is afraid of Mr. Beans. I think as Beans grows, he'll get more brave, and more comfortable. He does, however, LOVE our other cat.

Meet Mr. Beans. His full name is Beangus Spartacus, and he is a itty bitty boy. He joins Charlie, our dog, and Garfield, our other cat. Introductions are going to be very slow, as he is a little scared, which I don't blame him. He is Zane's graduation gift and we are all smitten with the little guy.

If you have any tips on introducing an adult cat and a kitten, I'm all ears.
